Self-care in Pregnancy
Saturday 30th September - 10am to 4pm
For mums in the 1st trimester up-to around 30 weeks
£139 for the day, or EARLYBIRD offer £119 if booked before 31st July


We invite you for a day of self care, nurturing & empowerment. We will show you techniques & give advice about ways to help you, your body and baby during pregnancy such as: 

●       a range of breathing techniques

●      teaching an abdominal tummy and pelvic drainage massage that partners/husbands can do and the benefits for mum and baby

●       tips on relieving common ailments - such as morning sickness, oedema, heartburn, pelvic girdle pain

●      tips to encourage good optimal foetal positioning – help get your baby into the best possible position for birth during your pregnancy

The day includes a nutritious homemade lunch & takeaway goodie bag full of resources.

Labour of Love: 
Birth Preparation Workshop
Sunday 5th November - 10am to 4pm
For expecting parents 30 weeks +
£139 for the day, or EARLYBIRD offer £119 if booked before 31st July


A wonderful day giving you and your birthing partner a toolbox of techniques to help you have a calm and positive birth. This would include:

●      birth choices & accessing personalised care

●      pain relief strategies - breathing, birth bio-mechanics, massage

●      yoga, acupressure points to aid natural induction

●      breathing and sound  (demonstrating the different types of breathing techniques for various stages of labour)

●      acupressure/massage/movement/yoga positions for unestablished labour and failure to progress

The day includes a nutritious homemade lunch & takeaway goodie bag full of resources.

Carly Gloak

Carly has been practicing yoga for many years, but it wasn't until she took maternity leave with her first baby that she decided to take the plunge to become a qualified teacher. Her passion is prenatal and postnatal yoga and holds some wonderful weekly classes for both mums to be and with your baby afterwards. 

She is also passionate about supporting women, whatever stage of life you are in. Over the years I have furthered my study, learning more about the female body, wisdom and our cyclical nature and I now love sharing this with others to help support you as you navigate your own journey

Sara Wood has 20 years of expertise, energy and healing within the field of holistic health and seasonal wellbeing. 

She offers holistic and individualised treatments and packages of support by using reflexology, acupressure, yoga assisted stretching, massage, nutrition, breath work, and visualisation techniques.
