Late Summer asks us to ground. To nourish. To restore.

This season focuses on nourishment, balance, and digestion, supporting the Spleen and Stomach in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

During this seasonal retreat you will:

  • Be guided through gentle, mindful movement to support digestion, energy flow, and the Spleen meridian

  • Learn simple seasonal lifestyle practices, foods, and herbs such as ginger, chamomile, peppermint, calendula, and lemon balm, to strengthen digestion, calm the nervous system, and maintain balance

  • Create your own soothing infused tea blend to take home, harnessing the nourishing and grounding qualities of the season

  • Be taught techniques for gentle self-massage and acupressure points to release tension, improve digestion, and support Spleen and Stomach health

  • Close with a deeply restorative relaxation to calm the nervous system and integrate the season’s nourishing practices

A grounding, mindful space to restore balance, support your body’s natural rhythms, and fully embrace the abundance and warmth of Late Summer
