Join me for two candlelit hours of rest, ritual, and renewal — a space to soften into the season and reconnect with your inner warmth.

Together we’ll:

Melt away tensions with slow, soothing movement that invites softness and ease.

• Learn a restorative bedtime self-massage ritual using essential oils and a handmade winter scrub

• Sink into a deeply restful Yoga Nidra, inviting you to turn inward and slow down

• Close the evening with a warm, heart-opening cup of cacao
