The most vital time to relax is when you don’t have time

I offer my clients a holistic and individualised programme of support by using reflexology, acupressure, yoga assisted stretching, massage, diet, breath work, and visualisation techniques. Self-help exercises and techniques are also shown and given to empower and help encourage self-healing and to maintain balance once again.

Therapies I offer are Ayurvedic Yoga Massage, Indian Head Massage, Seated Acupressure, Facial Rejuvenation, Hot Stone Reflexology, Pre & Postnatal Massage, Baby Massage Courses and Positive Birth Workshops. Essential Oil workshops and Kids Yoga Classes & Well-Being days.

I never cease to be amazed by the benefits complementary treatments have in helping a range of conditions such as asthma, insomnia, migraines, stress, anxiety and depression, PMS, diabetes, circulation and digestive disorders.

I work intuitively and take inspiration from mother natures wisdom

Hi, I am Sara and welcome to my little corner of the internet where I feel blessed and honoured to share with you over 20 years of expertise, energy and healing within the field of natural health, seasonal wellbeing and body treatments.

Having been inspired by my Godmother Chris Stormer, a world renowned reflexologist, I qualified in 2001 in Reflexology and then continued and enhance my training in Asia which enriched my skills in Ayurvedic and Eastern ways of working and healing the body. I underwent Maternity Reflexology training with Susanne Enzer, who is a worldwide recognised author midwife and teacher. I was trained by Dr Gowri Motha, founder of the Gentle Birth Method, and taught by Suzanne Yates, from Well Mother, a guiding light in pre and postnatal wellbeing.

Kind Words

I have been seeing Sara for the past five years for reflexology treatments. As well as being exceptionally well trained and professional, Sara has a naturally instinctive way of treating her clients. No treatment has ever been the same and I can honestly say that I have always felt so much better having seen her. She is also a very lovely person, in whom I have total confidence. If you have a specific problem, or just if you want to give yourself a really lovely hour with benefits that last a long time after, I really recommend seeing Sara.

I would recommend Sara to all my friends, whether they need her help or simply for relaxation. Her professional, warm and friendly welcome puts you at ease from the beginning. I found Sara after experiencing a miscarriage, I was desperate to feel myself again and also to get pregnant. Through reflexology she helped rebalance my hormonal state and relax me, the next month I was delighted to find out I was pregnant once again. I still continue to see Sara on a regular basis, she now combines reflexology with massage and Indian head massage to give me a perfect hour to myself!

I’ve been having weekly massage sessions in my home with Sara for many years. She’s the best masseur I’ve come across, as she blends a number of different styles and techniques into the treatment, depending on my requirements at the time. She also often incorporates stretching into the sessions, which I find really enhances the benefits of the treatments. Some of the stretches and massage techniques employed from time to time require some physical exertion on Sara’s part, but she always displays commitment to providing whatever treatment is appropriate. I find that the sessions help me to relax, and to de-stress. I also sleep better following regular treatments. I can highly recommend Sara as a cut above regular massage therapists.
